Here we are. Week 24-last week of my 6th month, the last week of my second trimester.I've been going to the gym 5 times a week. I would do a brisk walk on a medium incline for 45 min with a 5 min. cool down. It gets really boring and I notice I become super ADD as time goes by, so I devised a plan, er 'trick'.
Since I loved watching Desperate Housewives a few years back, I decided to put my Ipad to good use and pick up where I left off. I downloaded the season I stopped watching. I would watch one episode on my Ipad as I walk. Each episode is about 43 minutes long, so i'm distracted for the amount of time I need to be.
My coworkers started going to the gym as well. Recently we tried Zumba (despite doctor's orders against it). I did it before, but haven't taken a class for about a year. So I participated, but refrained from 'giving it my all' so to speak. As in, i didn't jump as high or shake as much as what would look normal. lol. We all enjoyed it so much, we gave Body Jam and Sh'Bam a try (all cardio dance classes), too! Now we're regulars.

Silas has been very active lately. Despite the shallow breaths, difficulty bending down, the increased 'waddling', and the sleepless nights I am happy. His kicks and jabs are what help me get by pregnancy's not-so-pretty moments. <3
Btw. Aside from turing 24 weeks, I turned 28 years :)
